THE HISTORY OF THE TUBIZE BREWERY

Born from the passion of Nicolas Rodriguez , Brasserie de Tubize is the fruit of family know-how. Having grown up in the kitchens of the famous Spinnekopke in Brussels, and having graduated from the Namur Hotel School, Nicolas proved himself in prestigious establishments before revitalizing the old Fabelta spinning mill.

In this unique setting, our restaurant offers cuisine that honors its roots: Belgian specialties and traditional brasserie dishes, prepared with care.

The setting is an invitation to relax: a large, peaceful terrace, a brand-new, sunny rooftop, and a lush garden with breathtaking views of the Sennette River. Families are welcome thanks to our large green space, and ample parking is available.
